Response to MARP Tournament - Four Day Warning to Vote & Other things

In essence, F-1 Dream will be rendered rather useless for the fact that it will see a great deal of tie scores. We need to stay away from the "easy-to-tie" type games...i.e. any bowling games. It appears that we have enough "e-t-t" type games in MAME that we could have an "everyone wins" tournament...let's see, here's the game list:
