I am assuming that HIE is Kodak High Speed Infrared, right? I develop this film in PMK for 20-22 minutes at 68F after a 2 minute pre-soak in distilled water with a couple of drops of Edwal LFN wetting agent. Be sure to mix your working solution with distilled water. Hope this is usefull.(posted 9200 days ago)
