Response to Times for Tri-X in Ilfotec developer

Can anyone elaborate on the differences between "Ilfotec HC" and
"Ilfotec HC-D/Ilfotec LC-29", and their similarity with HC-110.
It would seem that Ilfotec-HC and HC110 are quite similar, and
are diluted similarly. LC-29 seems to be shipped in a more dilute
form, but it's exact relation to these other two products is
unclear to me.
