Fuji F Neopan 32 Who uses and dev. times?

I was just wondering if anyone can give me a bit of info on this film bought for me as a gift from a Japanese friend. I shot some rolls but I can't find times for dev. with an available developer. I would like to know what times to use with D76 at 68F...please help! Also, if you have historical info or personal opinions about this film, that would be great too. I can't understand why it isn't available elsewhere?
