Ever heard of Ilford XP1 400? I got some but don't know what to do.

I came across some XP1 400 at a store but it had no instructions with it. There were FOUR bottles. Two of them were A ans B developer and the other two were A and B bleach fix. Has anyone ever used these before, and if so what are they for? And how do you mix them correctly. Thanks to anyone who helps me out. :) -John
