ISO sped for Arista Ortho-litho sheet film

I 've used these films for making large negatives for alternative processes. I've built several pinhole cameras in which I would like to use this brand of sheet film instead of photographic paper. Any advice on iso speed, normal contrat development and so on will be highly appreciated ! Thanks to all
