Response to Your Favorite EI 200 B+W Film Developed In XTOL

20x30 inch prints from a 6x4.5 screems out for tech pan. With the
proper developer(s)an EI of 100 is possible. Photographers Formulary
has a couple of developers that will give a 100 EI (I've not tried
them). My experience has been with Ethol TEC and Diafine at 100. By
the way, I don't own stock in the company, just that their
film and paper developers meet my needs.
