Response to Ventilation in the darkroom

Go to home Depot and get a regular bathroom fan for about $10 to $15 dollars. Also pick up some 4 inch thermofin in metal if they have it. Paint either end with flat black paint, inside and outside if the tubing will be exposed in the darkroom. Also paint the cover which will probably be white. Outside put the regular dryer vent pointed down. Check for light, which you probably won't have, but check anyways. Don't forget to wire it to an independent switch away from the light switch.
