Response to Dense HP5 negs in HC110, what did I do wrong?

Dark, high contrast negs sound like overdevelopment.

Sorry if this is a dumb comment, but you did dilute 1:7 from STOCK and not 1:7 from CONCENTRATE to get your HC-110 dilution B right?

I never pre-wet and never use a Jobo, so I can't comment on that except to say I'm a bit surprised if it's true that normal intermitant agitation tank times can be used with continuous agitation.
