stupid brown toner question (Photographic Paper Question)

I usually use selenium or polysulfide but need some old looking prints so I picked up a bottle of kodak brown towner. The bottle does not seem to give any guidance regarding dilution temp and time. Does anyone out there use this stuff to produce brownish old looking prints have any starting points for me.
