Shouldnt be too hard to figure out. Take the MSDS and see the chemicals it lists, and the number of unnamed ones in minute quantities. Compare with the 96 article, and see if there are any that arent listed in either place, or if the total number matches up or not. That should get you pretty close, and deduction (ah-ha!!) and testing should get you even closer. I love a good developer mystery! is it patented? patent literature will also help a lot
