Another way to cut both cost and the risk of scratching is not to use reloadable cassettes at all. Rather, get once-used cassettes from the waste box at a local one hour lab. They will have a small piece of film sticking out; tape the end of your film to that piece, wind your film into the cassette with a bulk loader, and throw the cassette out after one use (after all, it was free, and there are plenty more where it came from).(posted 8410 days ago)
