ID-11 Dilution/Dev times for Kodak High Speed Infrared

Can anyone give an indication of dev times and dilution for ID 11 to develop Kodak High Speed Infrared exposed at 400ASA. I have checked the Massive Development Chart and have seen quotes of 7-11 minutes but with no indication as to dilution. Would i be correct in assuming stock, therefore? Thanks for your responses!
