Orthochromatic films are normal films, they actually are more normal than the panchromatic ones, since they do not contain sensitizing dyes that make them be sensitive to colours they normally should not be (like red, for instance). Some of them are made to give high contrast images, but not the Ilford one. I think you can develop it in virtually any film developer. If I find the film's data sheet, I can send it to you as a PDF document.
