Joe, why do you want to use Dektol for film? It's likely to produce very grainy image with decreased speed even if you dilute it a lot.(posted 8182 days ago)There was Ilford Universal PQ developer, which I think is ID-62. Grainy speed losing film developer, and average print developer. ID-62 is not dissimilar from Dektol except it uses phenidone. With ID-62, 1+19 was suggested for FP4 for 10min at 20C.
