May be there are some problems in the chemicals, storage is the first priority of the chemicals. Why you don't try KODAK D-76, and in Fixer
you can make it by Hypo crystal 300gm for 1000 ml with 35gm Sodium metabie sulphite (Hypo 300gm+water 970ml +Meta:sulphite 35gm = 1000)
this is working solution.
