T400CN processing

I'm trying to find a straight answer to processing T400CN film at 1 hr. photolabs. The local Eckerd says their machines need filters that they don't have, so they can't print off T400CN. Wolf Camera (a large chain in Atlanta) says only their "downtown store" can print off this film. I thought this would work off "any" C-41 lab (process and print). Is this not so?
