motion picture developing...

I want to process my own motion picture film. Both super8 & 16mm. I have years of experience with processing roll films & sheet films, but most of this was using HC110, T-Max or Microdol-X. I need to main- tain high film speeds but I do not want major grain. Some recomend- ations would be great. What about D-76 for motion pictures? Or even X-tol (I have never used this developer)? I will be developing B&W negative so reversal is not a question. Thanks...
