You should read Gordon Hutchings' THE BOOK OF PYRO.

You can get maybe an extra 1/2 to 2/3 stop if you add .1 gram of Amidol/liter of working solution. I don't think PMK is really suited for push processing.

I tried some Delta 3200 at EI 800, and it looks like about 15M at 70 deg F in the standard PMK formula.
