Response to MARP Tournament - Game Selection Tie Breaker Vote

Well, I didn't vote for any games in the first round, is it too late? I thought we had until the 30th to decide? I expect I'm being really annoying by voting so late, but shouldn't the tie break happen after the close of voting?
