Response to Tourney Update 7/1/99 at 7:25am CDT 1:25pm GST (Correct me if this is wrong)

I forgot to put the 'tournament' link on the banner frame which you see when you're not logged in. I'll do that very soon.

And that link to the TG settings page that Chris P. put up was a little wrong. I've put the correct link up in the tournament banner frame, along with a link to his ROMs page.
