jobo processors vs. manual processing

i have had a darkroom for a while and have done print and film processing in 120 and 35mm. i have done prints to 16-20. i wonder if my friends out there would recommend the jobo processors for film and smaller prints. i am especially curious about e-6 and b/w film. are the results noticabaly better? i want to get the best neg or slide possible. also, has anyone used them for the cibachrome process. thanks, gil
