Response to kodak DA-163 developer

I can find no information on this developer, and I have never heard of it. I can't get through to any of Kodak's sites to check it out this morning. This is not a standard home-use developer, and I suspect it may be a lith developer or possibly designed for use in automated processing equipment. However, you are probably correct that the package will make 5 liters of stock and 15 liters of working solution.
