Response to XTOL - caked part A (follow up)

Part A of XTOL is extremely hygroscopic (attracts water) and should be
free flowing if the package is sealed properly at the factory. Kodak
has had some sealing problems, particularly with Part A of the 1 liter
packages of XTOL and and any solidified packages should not be used.
