Dilution of Technidol with 35mm/120 Tech Pan vs. sheet film?

from Sergio Ortega (s.ortega@worldnet.att.net)
Kodak's recommends using Technidol developer with Tech Pan 35mm/120 roll film as follows: one unit (single foil envelope of developer concentrate) to make 8 fluid ozs. of working developer.

Kodak further recommends a different dilution for Tech Pan sheet film: one unit to make 16 fluid ozs. of working developer.

Has anyone tried the more diluted (half strength) developer working solution for 35mm/120 roll film? With what success? How much development increase over regular dilution?

Thanks, Sergio.
