Latest not counted in confirm.log and upload.htm

Confirm.log - I didn't get credit for four confirmations that I did - I think they were the latest 4 confirmations that I did.

upload.htm - I know the latest 3 or 4 uploads were not counted on there as well.

Is there some intentional lag time before the latest is posted? or is it a bug? Thanks :)
