tmx developed at normal but came out Very!! thin

T-Max 100 (TMX) deved at normal but came out about 1-1.2 stops under!! Film was bought in China and date of film was not assured. I pushed the rest of the batch at plus 1 (at least), some rolls came out fine (a bit under for a push), but others came out still a stop at the very least. rebate of film was seriously under on both batches. Client recokens I under deved but I know my time process was spot on. DETAILS: D-76 8 DAYS OLD (deep tank process) TEMP: 21.5c Time: 9 min AGA: 7-9 sec every 30
