Response to Seta games' music

Well, I don't know how a European keyboard is set up, but on a US keyboard, it's the key right above the Tab key on the left-hand side, and below the Esc key.

It's also important to note that if you have the line "debug=yes" in mame.cfg, then you won't be able to bring up this menu either, even if your version of MAME is not one that has the debug feature enabled.
