Problems Playing Back Hisa-Chan's Raiden Recording

I've tried the usual combinations on 7nt_raiden_3120000_win36b16.zip:

With / Without Sound With / Without nvram With / Without cfg Frameskip 0 and Automatic I've tried the Win betas on either side of win36b16. I've even tried the Dos 36b16 to no avail.

Anyone have any idea on how to playback what I'm sure is an excellent recording?
