Now I can't get Hisa chan's Starforce recording to playback?! There is no nvram to delete and the only think I can think of is it has to be played back with sound ON instead of off. If that's the case, here's the problem I have with sound when running mame in dos.(posted 8822 days ago)I get this error evertime when turning on sound to record or playing back an inp. Through windows, sound works fine. Can anyone help me on this one???
Here's the error:
Unable to play sound - The creative ES1370 Wave Device is in use by another application.
I use to run it fine with sound for the longest time, then I had to reinstall windows 98 (from 95 which is what I had) and now I get this sound error. Again, sound works fine when running mame through windows (mame32) and I can play music and that sort of stuff but not some midi files.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
