Response to pan f plus in tmax 1:9

from Ted Kaufman (writercrmp@aol.com)
T-max developer at its standard dilution, 1:4, is not a compensating developer, although it does mate well with TMX for roll film. Do not, however, use it on sheet film; it will cause dichrotic fog. For sheet film use T-max RS.

Diluted 1:9, T-max developer will offer compensation. Try 11 minutes @ 75F, agitating 5 sec / min. Start with an EI of 80 until you establish your own EI.
