Response to T-Max & Acufine same formula?

I shoot a lot of fast films (quite often they were pushed up to 6400) for subjects dimly lighted such as contemporary dance and I felt that Acufine serve my interest better because it gave to me a lower contrast on the negative (which I prefer) compared to T-Max developer. So, if it is the same formula, my answer would surely be: I don't think so. Their components are not the same and if they were, their relative quantities will differ. Those scenes I just mentionned are well known for their high contrast (live contemporary dance)
