Response to dark metol

I have two bottles of Metol, one of them is at least 30 years old
[Elon] the other at least 20 years, the colour hasn't been an issue
as I really don't know what colour it really should be. Both are
excellent. I've been told Metol is a very stable chemical if stored
in a dark dry well sealed bottle.
