I would suggest starting with a minimal amount of 1% benzotriazole-- perhaps as little as 1 ml per 500 ml of dilution B. Increase your development time by a minute or two, develop a single negative and see what your results are like, then adjust anti-fog and developing time accordingly. I have developed old film before--base plus fog was higher, but I got useable negatives without making any changes to my developer. So I advise being conservative with the anti-fog.(posted 8516 days ago)
