Response to Need Assistance

Hmmm do you have the rom-files? are you using the correct emulator? what kind of games? Arcade? concole?

The easiest way of starting to play Arcade games is to use MAME.

Download Windows version (Mame32), extract it into a folder, and you will see some other folders there called "snap" "arwork" "hi" etc..

one folder is called "roms" snd there is the place where your downloaded (still zipped) games should be placed.

then run the exe. file

Mame32 will start and the rest is easy.
