I used HC with old Delta 400, and was generally happy with the results.(posted 8499 days ago)If you look at the data sheet accompanying the NEW Delta 400, it no longer suggests HC for best overall quality. It now suggests Ilfotec- DDX if you want to use a liquid developer. I have been very happy with this combination, though to what extent this is due to the film improving as opposed to the developer, is hard to say. Xtol is also excellent (espcially when used fairly dilute).
