David, Tech Pan is a very high contrast film and with "normal developers" you will get just that... an almost unuseable image. Technidol is the favored but Pota and Divided D76 are a good choice also because of their (DD76) compensating properties. I used to use the DD76 and rate the film at 80 ASA with really nice negs that were easy to print. Technidol... rate your fil @25ASA to start but do a test. This stuff is tricky to develop with alot of bromide drag if you aggitate to heavily...
