I found the German post:
ein wichtiger Tip, der in der Anleitung
nicht so klar gesagt wird wie es sein sollte: Waehrend der zweiten
Entwicklungsstufe NICHT kippen oder sonstwie bewegen, sonst geht der
ganze schoene Ausgleicheffekt floeten.
Basically he says to not
agitate at all in the 2nd bath. This kind of makes sense but when I
did this I got the flow marks.
