Response to Out run in Olympiads

Rafael:I use mame 32-036 Final, cause Gameboy allowed me to use that version for Outrun. For me the steering issue works best in that version. I talked with Gb9 about it and it was ok for the qualify- rounds, and I think itīs ok now too.

NOTE:This is for Outrun only, and Gb9 allowed it for this game and it has nothing to do with other games, co ordinators etc. I just want to make that clear :=)
