Might be insufficient fixing or washing. It is hard to overfix film, so I would start with a complete refix, then a thorough rinse in some sort of hypo clearing agent, then a 5 to 10 minute wash.(posted 8342 days ago)If this doesn't work, it would be helpful to have more information on the developer and fix used, and the exact procedure you followed.
