I don't think this formula has even been published. All I know about it's formulation is that it's a PQ (phenidone/hydroquinone) developer. It's a fine developer, as commercial products go. I definitely preferred it to D-76.(posted 8240 days ago)If you want a developer you can mix yourself that will yield excellent results, check out Pat Gainer's vit-c article and formulas at unblinkingeye.com. His formula is decidedly better than FG7, with or without SS added.
