Changing bags, how large, which brand

I am thinking about getting a changing bag to load a developing tank. My tank is a 16 oz Kinderman with a stainless steel reel (35 mm). I currently do this in my bedroom closet, but this limits me to doing all of my tank loading at night.

So my questions are:

- How large a changing bag do I need? - Is there one brand which is better than others and, if so, what features does it have that make it better?
