This is opposite to my experience. I found that the aristo head gave me harder prints with the Agfa paper that I use. The head I have has the older V45 tube that requires a yellow or green filter to reduce the blue to match an incandescent source when used with VC papers.(posted 8078 days ago)Do you have the same tube or one of the newer V54 tubes that doesn't require a balancing filter? In any event, if it's not the negatives, you might have to balance the light the other way and increase the relative blue output.
