i have installed smart on http://ostberlin.de/cgi-bin/smart/smart.cgi> ...after clicking the "BUY ME" button - It`s not possible to open the REFFILE /tmp/zenek-icfs.srv.t-online.de. With the absolute path I take only a stupid server-error... the dirs /tmp ; /orders are empty.

...any ideas ?

Answers

If you ever have problems with the script not locating $reffile, it is most likely because:

1. The $tmpdir directory does not exist.

2. You (or the CGI process) does not have permission to write to that directory. Talk to your sysadmin about an appropriate directory to use.
