Any summaries of darkroom procedure?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : B&W Photo - Film & Processing : One Thread

I am hoping to find a summary of the basic steps involved in B&W negatives and print development. Anyone seen this on the net. It would save time for me and $ for students of a beginning class.

Basic steps, for both negatives and prints, are: expose, develop, fix, dry.

But I suppose you want more detail. There's everything here on the net, including detailed checmistry. Just browse aroud until you find the detail you want. A plausible place to start is:

I've found a couple of very helpful guideline sheets for B&W dark rooms..... Check them for all sorts of basic info on film, processing, and printing, as well as general safety issues, (and some specific rules of local labs that you can most likely ignore)....
