Answers

We are a unionized manufacturing business in Michigan that has been implementing SDWTs since late 1994. It would be difficult to say whether we are successful, but we've certainly learned a lot in the process. We also have connections with a couple other local manufacturers who have SDWTs working successfully. I know they give tours and have given presentations on their implementation (they had better start-ups than we did!)
