Well, Van Ness is certainly wide enough to handle the Yarms, but it will be covered in cars on January 19th, 1998. They would have flattened quite a few of them and disrupted the causal matrices. Therefore, I am afraid you will need to move your event into the future or to a slightly more causally flexible locus.
