Typical day of a Sports Psychologist

greenspun.com : LUSENET : APA Division 47 Exercise and Sport Psychology : One Thread

I need to know what the typical day of a sports psychologist is for a class presentation. Also, I was wondering what the average income might be. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

Unless you become the one of the ''keeper's of the gates'' within the elitist sport psychology world, chances of making a living off of this type of degree may be slim & none. Or you may notice, the elitist's tend to be professors in university or college settings, perhaps tenured generating income in this fashion. For us venturing into the applied world of sport psychology one must; (a) have a huge family trust fund or , (b)have another means of support. I do have a lot to say on this topic, especially apropos to the various sport psychology assocoations and the aristocracy or ruler's of this world.
