In my research relating to the execution of women in the United States, I have come across 2 names for which I need additional information. The two women KATE MCSHANE and MARY O'CAMMON, were convicted in San Francisco County, California and both were executed by hanging in July 1890. Can anyone provide info regarding the background of these two women and the crime(s) for which they were executed?

Hi there, I live in the McShane house in San Francisco. The couple that lived here around 1888 were Daniel and Nellie (Kerruish) McShane. He died in 1894, and she moved to another part of San Francisco. Maybe these are relatives of Kate McShane? Yvo
