How can relaxation aid, or ruin performance?

Answers

When one is relaxed one gives him/herself the opportunity to do well. In sports there are many factors and odds against you such as the other team, weather etc... When you are relaxed you have one less thing to worry about, your muscles will be quicker, you'll be alert, and you give yourself the chance to do your very best
